Lawn Mowing
We offer lawn mowing services from March through late November and can sign you up for a mowing schedule if you would like weekly or bi-weekly visits to your property. Our services include more than just cutting your grass. We will string trim, edge, and clean up your grass clippings at every visit as well. We will also make sure to mow your grass at the correct height and rotate our mowing patterns with each visit. Our professionals use these and several other practices to encourage optimal grass growth.
Aeration & Overseeding
Your soil will naturally become compacted over time. This can make it difficult for your grass to receive the essentials like water, air, and nutrients. We offer core aeration services in the fall to solve this problem. Using an aerator machine, we can loosen up compacted soil by removing small cores of dirt throughout your lawn. The tiny holes that are left give the roots of your grass better access to essential resources.
Aeration solves the problem of compacted soil, but it will not cause bare spots in your turf to fill out. To fix this problem, we recommend that you schedule our overseeding service after your lawn has been aerated. We will overseed your lawn with our tall fescue grass seed blend, which will begin filling in the bare patches in your turf and encourage denser growth.
Spring Cleanups

Leaf Removal
Fall leaves are beautiful when they first begin to shed, but that only lasts for a little while! We offer leaf removal services to take care of the littered leaves on your property. You can schedule our leaf removal as often as you'd like, or you can wait for the majority of your leaves to fall first. Wet leaves can cause lawn diseases and other issues if they are not taken care of throughout the season, so you should schedule this service as necessary.
Sod Installation
Sod is a popular choice because it offers an instant way to receive beautifully green grass! It's pre-grown, so we roll it out onto your soil like carpet. We use our 6-step sod installation process to professionally install your new sod. Once we're finished, you can begin watering it right away. It takes about 2 weeks for the roots of your sod to develop, so after 14 days you can begin mowing high. It only takes about 3 to 4 weeks for the roots of your turf to become embedded in the soil. After that, you can usually begin using your lawn like normal.
Fertilization
Fertilization supplies your lawn with key nutrients to stimulate growth, enhance its color, and increase its protection against lawn diseases. We offer a 7-step fertilization program that will provide your grass with continual nourishment throughout the year so that it can thrive in every season.

We offer an effective 7-step weed control program with pre-emergent treatments to stop the seed germination of new weeds and post-emergent treatments to target any weeds that are visible on your lawn.
